THE 7 DEADLY SINS TO AVOID AT AN IEP MEETING

7 Deadly Sins

In today’s video, I am going to share with you the 7 definite no-no’s to avoid having take place at an IEP meeting and how to avoid them like the plague!

The truth is, that all 7 of these deadly sins are commonly found occurring a  IEP meetings. These have the power to quickly make the IEP meeting unproductive and put  your child’s education in jeopardy.

To avoid this from happening, I am going to get explicit about these errors.  I’m going to show you how you can avoid these from occurring at your child’s IEP meeting and avoid falling into the “If-I-Had-Only-Known” syndrome.

After all, awareness is  key to good strategizing! (Yup! I made that up! Profound, isn’t it?)

Okay, here’s video #3…enjoy!

I bet you can see how common these 7 deadly sins are? Clearly, if a parent is not aware, it’s so easy to jeopardize the entire IEP meeting.

I hope you have enjoyed my free video training series entitled (attach title here). Soon I  will be sending you an email with an exclusive invitation to learn even more from me. So, please keep a close eye on your inbox over the course of the next several days!

Finally, I think we would all really appreciate it if you would take a few minutes to note in the comments’ section (or even email me at Vaughn.Lauer@verizon)  what error you might have made an an IEP meeting–oh, be brave, you are among friends and we have all made one or more mistakes at an IEP meeting.  Hey, if you’d rather, just tell us about a sin you heard about that took place at an IEP meeting.

Or, if you have any comments on the video series, I would be most interested and appreciative of your thoughts.
