Who We Are

IEP Help and the Special Education Decoder System are divisions of Educational Learning & Training, LLC. We are a small organization of educational professionals with a wide range of experiences. Our goal is to provide tools and services to aid parents and school teams in making truly informed decisions.

What We Offer

Our team offers several services and products that will enable individuals and IEP teams to make needs-based IEP decisions. They include:

  • Informative books (eBooks and published) on how to lead COLLABORATIVE IEP meetings and how to collect and present home observations in a way that school staff can visualize.

  • Workshops and individual training on “Making School and Private Evaluation Test Scores Make Sense” and on “How to Make Sense of School and Private Evaluations.”

  • A program tool called the “Special Educator Decoder System” (SEDS) that takes the 40+ test scores found in school/private evaluations and presents the scores in a way that will make sense to all who attend IEP team meetings.

  • Training and consultant services to aid in using the SEDS program, preparing for presenting the SEDS information to the IEP team, and much more.
